Where can you download Sourcemod Folder and files for Gmod 9?

I looked everywhere in my steam and valve folder, and I couldn't find it. Please help, sorry I'm a noob.

Well I'm guessing here since I havent got Gmod on this pc, so I hope this helps:
Start > Run, and enter this:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\steamapps\YOUR STEAM USERNAME\garrysmod\garrysmod\SourceMods

Thats for 10, I guess its the same for 9. Hope this helps
