SHould be fine, although if you have the money get a new graphics card.
not only are the fx series in general not very good, thats a lower end fx model, heh.

You can pick up a Radeon 9800 Pro for around £140 now!

Oh and if you're in the UK you'll need a DVD-Rom drive, it doesn't come on CDs there. Either that or buy from Steam.
