I've unlocked that. You need to press a lot of times on the button of the 'mini teleport' in Kleiner's lab at the beginning (The one where the small cactus is placed on). When you press fast enough several times it will 'break'. Also, STEAM does count 33 achievements: However, ingame only 29...

I'm also replaying Half-Life 2 now (9th or 10th time :P) however... ingame only 29 achievements are visible while STEAM shows 33. Am I the only one with this problem?

@ Garbel: not connected? Blueshift and Opposing Force are both canon (unless they go a different way then Half-Life 1 or 2. Valve > Gearbox).

You can switch 'commentary' on by options and then audio. And 'Aftermath' was the name of the expansion of Half-Life 2 before they started with Episodic Gaming. So, the name of episode 1 is just episode 1. (Thesame counts for episode 2 offcource).

@ Atomic_Piggy: well, the Vortigaunts are using some kind of teleportation but the Combine can't (except for Citadels transportation). I don't know if the Vortigaunst can teleport everywhere (they seem to do it however) but is sounds logical to me that the Combine will take everything that has...
