The skin around the shaft isn't removed, just up around the head... it still moves up and down as you would expect. It's not stiff like a ****ing brick or anything of the sort. I'm not circumcised, which is fairly fortunate considering one side of my family is jewish and all my cousins are done due to that side being fairly expectant that it should be done. In my nuclear family my dad is an atheist and put himself in between saying that it should be my choice whether I want it done in later life. Having this choice I think is much better, so I can actually make an informed decision, which will always be to leave things au naturale.

No one does it much more in the UK except for the knit religious communities and the stats posted on the previous page really do show that. I knew in the States it's much more common but I had no idea it was falling at such a rate. The cleanliness argument really doesn't hold much weight, I assure you you don't pull the foreskin back and find oozing infections or fungus just because it's not been cut off (unless you put your thing places it shouldn't go...). I was just stating the facts, you don't have therefore you don't know. To say a circ. sensitivity is fine is to be saying apples are better than oranges but never having tried oranges.
