In the scene where the DOG appears the first time youll get your hands on the DOGs ball.

It's a little combine mine that seems to be friendly.

It doesen't do any harm to you exept it tryes to roll over you.

I found this really usefull and picked it up and started to travel whit it.

In Ravenholm the little friend is furious against the zombies.

The ball can't kill those zombies but it will keep them occupied.

Agains head crabs it's a different matter. Crabs don't stand a change against the might of the ball.

But beaware! Those exploading barrels are poison to our new friend it will die in a sec if something blows next to him so watch out!

Yeah i took that ball to ravenholm too but it did explode pretty quick damn exploding barrels!

There is also a basketball hoop in dog's courtyard. If you can shoot the ball through the hoop, ALyx says, "Nice shot!"

If you shoot the ball through Alyx, though Kurfu, she said "aaouhh.." and then quietly falls down and begins to hypersleep. Truth.

2 days after the game was released, a guy at gamefaq's dubbed him "Frank." So he is FRANK! :rolling:

Yeah, I did this, and then felt really shitty as D.O.G. looked sadly at the ground.... Kudos again to Valve for making me care about a NPC robot dog made from random scraps in a game -- Every game should try do so as well.
