Half-Life 2. Cheats won't get disabled. Health is stuck at 100%

Hi

I tried everything. Restarting, reinstalling the game, using sv_cheats 0, disabling by typing the same cheat again. But everytime I start the game, I won't get damaged. The health is freezed at 100%. How to disable this god or buddha mode?

in the first 3 maps, you can't get hurt.
are you testing at the beginning of the game ?
