Here's something I found while browsing the net...

Really, the point of punishing a kid is to force them to do something they dont want to do in order to teach them to do the right thing. Obviously telling a kid to go to their room where they can entertain themselves doesnt work if the kid can have fun. It varies depending on the kid, taking away video games or internet might work for one kid whereas another may hate losing a certain food/drink.

Obviously beating a kid has the same effect (unless they like to feel pain or something), but its definitely not the only way.

TBH, I don't really know who Maddox is and besides, it wasn't supposed to be a serious discussion. I just stumbled upon it and thought it would make for some good lol moments.

The other day, I saw a lady with her son (he was maybe 10 years old). He kept acting a fool. Not doing what his mother said and all that stuff. I was like "JUST ****ING HIT HIM ALREADY!!".
