Since finishing school, I've stopped using an alarm clock and now I sleep 12+ hours every night. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing yet.
 
5-6 hours these days that I play SC a lot.
I used to sleep 7-8 hours D:
 
Usually 6-8 hours,. I've woke up feeling really weak the past few weeks while getting a full night sleep.
 
Used to be about 4 hours. That screwed me up pretty badly, so I'm up around 6-8 nowadays. Still tired all the time, but I probably just need to take vitamins or something.
 
During school I probably slept an average of 4 hours a night. When I didnt have school ive been known to sleep 13-14 hours. But I find that now that im in a more normal sleep pattern, I never sleep more than 10 or so.
 
with work mon-fri i usually get about 5-6. Not very healthy but i try and sleep 8-12 on the weekends
 
Depends. I always wake up tired, and I go to sleep so I can get 8 hours. I guess I wake up a lot during the night.
 
School - 4-5

Once I stayed awake for 2 days as an experiment. By the half of the second day I literally felt like my head was about to explode and generally weak. My body was screaming *Go to bed dumbass!*. Never doing that again...:sleep:
 
Range from 4-10+ :D

Really depends on what I do at night and whether I am in work in the morning (up at 6) for something else.
 
5 to 6 during the week. Less on the weekends... Chronic insomnia.... I can go to sleep fine, but I can't stay asleep worth a damn....

I allways kindof wanted to try somthing like that. Like, stay up till 6:00 the next moring. Just to see what it would be like... I dunno what I would do for that many hours though.... maybe when ep:3 comes out i'll pull an all-nighter ;)

Longest I stayed awake was about 42 hours. I had about 4 hours the night before, then I had an exam, then stayed awake all night to study for the next exam the next day, then stayed awake till 11pm to catch a flight. I couldn't sleep on the plane, so I didn't get to bed until 8am the next day (5am in the original time zone). After my second exam, my head was kind of buzzing. I found it really easy to zone out and I felt like there was a kind of general vibration to everything, but if I focused on something I could perform just as well as I normally would.
 
Sleep literally has no affect on me. I try to get as much in as possible though. I can go insta-coma and get up anytime I want
 
7-8. I'm not actually doing anything at the moment (or for a while now) so usually I'm all over the place, but my sleep pattern seems to have spontaneously straightened itself out recently. I'm already feeling quite a bit better for it.

I'll often go for 2 hours on some school days, I hate it, next day I am all zombified.
 
I stay up till 3-4am ussually, and wake up about 9-10am, to do my daily things.


On a free day I stay in bed until 1pm. :O

Lightweight. Thats not night-owlness. Last month I was going to bed at 7am and waking up at 6/7/8 pm. I hardly saw the light of day the entire month.
 
6-8 hours on school days, 9-10 hours on weekends unless I think I need the extra sleep. Really, sleeping in till noon even is a waste of time IMO.
 
I have a very fragmented sleep pattern though. Some days I sleep too much (12-13 hours) and other days I don't sleep at all. Sometimes during the day, other times during the night. It mainly depends on my hours and when I have to adjust for study time though.

I don't like sleeping. It's a waste of time. If there's some way I could get "rested" without wasting 8-12 hours, I'd be all over it tbh. There's just too much to do in life. Why sleep now when you'll be sleeping for an eternity one day anyways? :p
 
Well during the school week I have to wake up at 7 so I usually get about 6 to 7 hours of sleep each night. But on the weekends or during summer time I tend to get about 12 hours of sleep.
 
I slept for 4-6 hours for years now its 7-8 hours.
 
around 7-8, although i often stay up late and rise early on weekends so my precious 1 day i'm not working isn't wasted. (work sundays :( )
 
I have insomnia, so there's no solid sleeping pattern whatsoever. I'm pretty much reliant on sleeping pills if I'm to sleep at normal hours.
 
Everyone in my moms side of the family has terrible sleep habits, my dads side sleeps like rocks. My bro and sis got my dads side, and I got my moms, I usually get about 3-4 hours a night, it's been like that ever since I was born, so I'm used to it. Even if I try to sleep when I wake up, it's like my body just won't let me sleep, so I just lay there with my eyes closed, even though I'm tired.. I wouldn't mind trying sleeping pills or something, but I won't go out of my way to get them..

My mom is wierd though, she honestly probably gets like 1-2 hours, if she sleeps at all, I don't even realize how she functions, she says I'll get like that when I get older.. Can't wait.
 
I've gone through some bad spells before, but I'm at a solid 7-9 hours/night now. Well, the sun has been waking me up earlier than I would like lately since I've moved and don't have black shades at the moment so the last 1-3 hours of my sleep is generally sporadic, but I guess it still counts. Back in my World of Warcraft + college days, though, it wasn't uncommon for me to skip whole nights of sleep... I'd be able to stay awake until the next night no problem (assuming I didn't go to class, which was guaranteed to knock me out) and go back to like I never even skipped a night, but I would get a feeling of not-quite-rightness (it's hard to explain).
 
1-6 on school days (I set my two (yes, two) alarm clocks on about quarter-to-six, but I usually wake up earlier without them, so technicaly I could go on without them, but I use them anyway, as I am terrified of sleeping in)

10-12 of weekends (The results are not pretty)

I do pul the occasional all-nighter, and strangely they don't tire me. I'd love to pull two in a row, just to see if I can, but I haven't gotten the chance yet.
