You shouldnt be getting asthma every time you run. If you are, you need to go on something asap

Asthma can be really bad, especially if it's doubled by poor lifestyles.

Some people with it start to breath really hard just from tiny movements like getting out of a chair - hell, sometimes they just breath hard no matter what they're doing.

Looking at it another way, nature selected people to be smart enough to make that medicine.

Neither do I. For that matter I don't even drink cofee, hate the stuff.
I don't eat particularly healthy although I do enjoy eating fruits and salads once in a while. I excel at not giving a shit about my own health, so not drinking or smoking has nothing to do with health worries. So all in all I do just enough to keep my body alive. I'm one of those people that wouldn't drink or eat if they didn't have to

I cant think of the best way to reply to this. Assuming you have taken any kind medication in your life would rebut this. If your too stubborn to take a little pill in the morning than enjoy your asthma. I played on two varsity teams in high school, as well as being the fastest person on both teams, all with asthma.
 
I'm a good boy. At this point, I have no interest in drinking or smoking. If anything it'd be something psychedelic (which wouldn't be a detriment to my health) but, around here, I don't know when that'll happen.

I used to take medication for it, then I decided that I'd be better off without it. Rebuts nothing. I've never depended on it to function, so you can take that comment and shove it. You get a cookie for being fast on the internets. What percentage of your bodyweight can you bench/deadlift/squat?
The only thing I can't do physically is run, and I'm forcing myself to do that anyway. IF nothing else it teaches me to live with the body I've been cursed with by genetics, and try to overcome it, rather than let a stupid ****ing pill or inhaler dictate how well I perform.

Im sort of like you, i dont drink or smoke. the only thing i want to do is LSD.

I havent done any serious exercise since about the age of 16 (im 21) although i do walk most places i go so id imagine i tote up a few miles a week. Dont particularly watch what i eat either but i do eat a lot of fruit and veg and not much in the way of take-aways.
My weekends usually consist of fri - sun drinking sessions and il admit to taking pills, coke and speed aswell. Im here for a good time not a long time!

Oh and i dont smoke (fags or weed) and im not sure if id try lsd cos i have heard a few horror stories 1st hand, like a mate who almost died of pneumonia after he got home and thought his front door was only a few inches high so he slept outside! Maybe if i was in a room with people i trusted id consider it.

All in all im happy with my life and honestly Terminator i cant even begin to comprehend how you can be arsed to live like that. Fair play if its what works for you though, also good to know you could destroy me in a fight :laugh:

On another note, what age did the drinkers among you first get pissed? I was 13, a load of us at a park near my house for my mates birthday. Good times!
 
Drinking is fine as long as you dont get sick and piss drunk. So ya id say im pretty well off.
 
Drink a lot of green tea. Eat 4-5 pieces of garlic with a bowl of oatmeal in the morning and thereafter smoke a lot of sour diesel or granddaddy purple.
 
I'm a bit of a health freak but it means i can run a 4 minute mile and could destroy you instantly in a fight.

honestly it sounds like to me that you have a problem with being "healthy"

eating dirt just doestn seem logical to me.

i bet me and you will live to about the same ages. except you ate alot more dirt than i did. :) my diets consist of pretty much about 80% meat of some sort and whatever fills the rest up. never any salad. but ill eat veggies if they dont suck :P I mean they all taste like grass to me.. so if i need veggies real bad.. ima just eat some vitamins if im low on them..

why eat rabbit food when i can eat barbecue is what i say. you all have your own tastes and opinions so do what chu want :P

i also like to get trashed somtimes. not because its life threatening or because i have to.. its because i ALWAYS have a blast of a time. Im one of the people that people like to get drunk cause its going to be a fun time :P sometimes booze isnt enough so ill eat some pillz or whatever but what it all boils down to honestly..

i get bored and ****ing up my brain a little bit is a fun way to pass time. although i try to avoid permanant things that will **** it up for good.... i on this planet to have a good time and if im getting delt shit this week in life.... im prolly gunna go drinking and make the best of what i can and dance like a fool and tell all them bitches to piss off ;) ima balla .. what can i say.
 
I work out five times a week (mostly push-ups and weight-lifting). I eat ten fruits a day. I drink alcohole one or two times a week, but I get really wasted only on special occasions. I take two or three snus a week, so I'm a little afriad of growing an addiction. I don't smoke (tobacco or pot).
 
i tend to avoid press-ups when it comes to my workout sessions (which i have taken up again since i finish college for good in two weeks :D), i can do around 30-40 but i just hate doing them. I can do up to 200 situps but i can only see a six pack'ish form if i really tense up. I do a bunch of exercises using the weights, as well as karate practice (i have quit karate but i keep practising so i dont get rusty) or using the exercise bike i have. Not to mention i do a shit loada walking, and play a lot of sport with my mates. I reckon if i keep up this exercise, i should have a very nice physique built up again like my earlier days when i did a lot of karate, by the end of the summer. Im of a slim build so i can only build up a atheletic and well toned body.
 
In general, I'd say I'm alright. I could certainly be better in taking care of my health.

In terms of drugs? Depends. I can be pretty bad with alcohol. I often don't feel I've had enough unless I'm collapsed on a floor, unable to remember what transpired thirty minutes ago. I generally don't mess with pills too much. Weed? Never been destructive for me. I've been smoking a lot more as of late, and I've never associated anything negative with it.

I probably do too much DXM. Or at least I did. Haven't done it in a few months. And I smoke a lot.

Besides which, you haven't allowed for the possibility that we might, some day, actually outgrow video games. What's entertaining now might not be entertaining forever.
 
The only way I'm outgrowing video games is when they roll out VR.
 
Meh I drink socially pretty much one/twice a week, not to excess however unless it's a special occasion. As for ganja, whenever I can get it really.
