Shit, what has happened to me? I used to be fit, and now I've gained 50 pounds. Its gotten to the point that I just hate to look at myself.
So, after I've failed to get an internship this summer, I've decided to use my time instead losing weight and getting healthy again. Anybody have any suggestions? I'm planning on just writing down everything I eat and running and/or lifting weights every day. As long as I can stick to it, I think I'll lose weight...I've done it before. Its a painfully slow process.
