On average 3-4am not matter if it's in the holidays or in school time, but today I beat my own record, I went to bed at 5am and had to get up for an exam at about 7:30 am. Suffice to say I was so tired that I'm surprised I made it to the exam.
Got back home at 4pm and slept 4 hours until now...
usually between 10:30-11:30 on weekdays (I have to get up at 6 AM for school) and 1-2 on weekends.
I also sometimes nap for an hour or so in the afternoon. I need a lot of sleep to be able to function, so I usually try to get to bed as early as I can while still getting stuff done.
This semester, 2 to 4 AM is normal, and I wake up at 9 or 10.
Last semester it was either 4 AM or 6 AM, and I considered 4 hours of sleep to be a lot of sleep.... and at that time in the morning, it always seemed like a brilliant idea to take a nap at 4 AM sitting in my chair and then wake up at 6 to do more work and go to class. Once I pulled an all-nighter, then went to 6 hours straight of classes. I just recall spending the 10 minutes in between classes complaining about how the building needed to have a "Sleeping Room" and then randomly shaking and going unconscious during my last class.....
But seriously now, I saw recently a documentary about sleep deprivation and it scared the shit out of me. They showed this guy that used to be a music teacher, and he slept very little over a long period of time( about a year if I recall correctly). So basically his condition deteriorated to the point that he is now almost brain dead. he can't speak, can't hear, his memory is fried, the works
2-4 am everyday... and i usually wake up between 6-7:30 dependong my class schedule the next day. I don't take daily naps either. Weekends I sleep in til about 10-10:30. I don't get enough sleep....
