We are ****ed.
The bill allows sites to be taken down on a DNS level for mere accusation.

Simply put, if you're upset over the DMCA removal of fair use abiding youtube videos, this is the equivalent, for entire sites.

In addition, the bill contains stipulations for people caught infringing to be held for up to five years in prison.
DNS level, for reference, means people in Europe, Canada and any other country can't access it. This is a national law with international ramifications, and could effectively mean the end of truly privately run websites such as this one.
