In what could turn out to be the greatest fraud in US history, American authorities have started to investigate the alleged role of senior military officers in the misuse of $125bn (?88bn) in a US -directed effort to reconstruct Iraq after the fall of Saddam Hussein.

The exact sum missing may never be clear, but a report by the US Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) suggests it may exceed $50bn, making it an even bigger theft than Bernard Madoff's notorious Ponzi scheme.

"I believe the real looting of Iraq after the invasion was by US officials and contractors, and not by people from the slums of Baghdad," said one US businessman active in Iraq since 2003. ....

The end of the Bush administration which launched the war may give fresh impetus to investigations into frauds in which tens of billions of dollars were spent on reconstruction with little being built that could be used. In the early days of the occupation, well-connected Republicans were awarded jobs in Iraq, regardless of experience. A 24-year-old from a Republican family was put in charge of the Baghdad stock exchange which had to close down because he allegedly forgot to renew the lease on its building......

Often sums paid out in cash were never recorded. In one case, an American soldier put in charge of reviving Iraqi boxing gambled away all the money but he could not be prosecuted because, although the money was certainly gone, nobody had recorded if it was $20,000 or $60,000.

(WMR) -- WMR has learned from well-placed sources that international hedge fund mogul and financier of progressive causes George Soros has been, for a number of years, infiltrating 9/11 truth organizations, groups advocating election reform, and so-called independent journalism enterprises in order to hijack agendas and, eventually, cause the groups to collapse from within or be absorbed into larger organizations servile to Soros and his agenda.

By far, the largest group Soros and his allies has infiltrated and taken over is the Democratic Party of the United States. It now totally adheres to a corporatist line and has purged from its leadership Dr. Howard Dean and replaced him with Virginia Governor Tim Kaine, a Democratic Leadership Council adherent. The Soros faction and its allies has also seen to it that Bill Richardson, Caroline Kennedy, and others who represent the Democratic wing of the Democratic Party have been shut out of the Obama administration.

In many ways, Soros operation is strikingly similar to the FBIs former Counter-Intelligence Program, also known as COINTELPRO. There is also ample evidence that Soros program is linked to Israeli intelligence operations in the United States and that some presidential campaigns in 2008 were infiltrated by the joint operation, including those of Democratic candidate and former Senator Mike Gravel, and Republican candidate Ron Paul.

Soros operations, according to our sources, involve his Open Society Institute, as well as Soros Fund Management LLC, in which his son, Jonathan Soros, plays a leading role.

For Soros, his political operations in America are much the same as they are in places like Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, and other countries: divide, confuse the political sides, and conquer.

The modus operandi is that Soros operatives either help establish progressive organizations or join them after they are established with a new infusion of a modest to substantial funding. The agenda of the organization is then altered to make it look either like a far-out conspiracy association or the infiltrators of the organization create internecine battles between factions or tamp down its fervor. In some cases, the organizations ultimately cease to exist or are combined with other Soros-controlled or influenced organizations.

In the case of alternative journalism operations, Soros operatives launch attacks, some of them highly personal, against bona fide independent journalists and question their sources and investigations. WMR has been a primary target for such operations, according to sources familiar with Soros tactics.

Soros agents of disinformation and influence have moved in to manage the stories about jailed Alabama Democratic Governor Don Siegelman, the 2004 vote fraud in Ohio, the Turkish and Israeli intelligence penetration of the highest echelons of the U.S. government, the presence of Israeli spies among the accused 9/11 hijackers in the months prior to the terrorist attacks in 2001, and Russian-Israeli Kosher Nostra criminal activity from London to Kyiv and New York to Moscow.

Overall, Soros operations are primarily focused on controlling the left through the use of censors and online gatekeepers in the media operations he funds. Recipients of Soros money are found running web sites, some of them well known; hosting TV and radio programs; and writing regularly for major periodicals.

(CNN) -- A record number of Americans served time in corrections systems across the country in 2007, according to a report released Monday by the Pew Center on the States.

The U.S. correctional population -- those in jail, prison, on probation or on parole -- totaled 7.3 million, or 1 in every 31 adults.

The Pew Center on the States compiled the information from Justice Department and Census Bureau statistics.

The Times said a 2005 Justice Department memorandum showed that Abu Zubaydah, the first prisoner questioned in the CIA's overseas detention program in August 2002, was waterboarded 83 times, although a former CIA officer had told news media he had been subjected to only 35 seconds underwater before talking.

The Justice Department memo said the simulated drowning technique was used on Mohammed 183 times in March 2003. The Times said some copies of the memos appeared to have the number of waterboardings redacted while others did not.

A prisoner who was horribly tortured in 2002 until he agreed - at the demand of Bush torturers - to say that al-Qaeda was linked to Saddam Hussein is suddenly dead. Several weeks ago, Human Rights Watch investigators discovered the missing inmate and talked to him. He had been secretly transferred by the administration to a prison in Libya after having been held by the CIA both in secret “black hole prisons” and in Egypt.

Under conditions of extreme torture, the prisoner, Ibn al-Sheikh al-Libi, agreed in 2002 to supply the Bush-ordered interrogators what they sought as a political cover for Bush’s marketing of the pending war of aggression against Iraq. Mr. Libi agreed to tell them whatever they wanted in exchange for an end to the torture. The now famous Torture Memos providing legal cover for the torture were written at the same time starting in the summer of 2002.

Libi’s tortured and knowingly fabricated testimony was the source of information used by Bush to sell the war to the U.S. Senate, and the source for Colin Powell’s bogus and lying presentation to the United Nations in 2003.

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Rice are now running around saying that the torture regime “protected the country from terrorist attack.” But the torture was used for the personal political goals of Bush and Cheney: namely, to sell their Iraq invasion to a very skeptical and disbelieving country.

Having been discovered by human rights investigators two weeks ago, Mr. Libi’s story coincided with the release of the Torture Memos and the growing clamor for criminal prosecutions of Bush officials.

His testimony is the smoking gun that would reveal that the torture regime was not for “national security” but for the personal political aims of Bush and Cheney.

He was Exhibit A in the indictment that alleges that tortured confessions and the contrived legal justifications of torture set up by Justice Department lawyers in July/August 2002 were central to the launch of the war against Iraq.

Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis have died and tens of thousands of U.S. service members have either been killed or badly wounded in a war that was based on lies fortified and promoted by the most sadistic torture.

Mr. Libi is suddenly dead. A Libyan “newspaper source” says that his death is an apparent suicide. His friends don’t believe that.

We are building a movement for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor. This is not a political choice. It is a legal imperative. Mr. Libi’s death must be the first business of the investigation. When other prisoners who had been kept at secret sites were sent to Guantanamo, the Bush administration and the CIA intentionally kept Mr. Libi from being part of that transfer. Mr. Libi was publicly stating that the Iraq-al-Qaeda links attributed to him from his torture sessions were not true.

Government-Assisted Terrorists

The FBI informant allegedly gave the four men cash, food, rent money and drugs. And he agreed to pay for a sick brother’s liver transplant.


On May 20, federal and New York City authorities arrested four men on charges of plotting domestic terrorist attacks. Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric Snyder described the men as being eager “to bring death to Jews.”

This story is depressingly familiar. With apocalyptic rhetoric, the authorities herald an arrest, boasting that their efforts, with the aid of confidential informants, have foiled another homegrown terrorist plot. However, it soon becomes clear the alleged plotters were incapable of committing these terrorist acts without the participation and provocation of the informants.

This agent-provocateur scenario has played out in two other cases. One of them was the so-called “Liberty City 7” case, in which seven men of Haitian descent living in Miami’s impoverished Liberty City neighborhood were charged in June 2006 with conspiracy to commit terrorism.

In that case, an undercover informant, experiencing legal trouble and flush with $140,000 in FBI cash, struck up a friendship with the men and helped to conceive the plot. He suggested the targets and supplied much of the financing and equipment. Their high-profile arrests received media attention when former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales announced the seven men plotted to create an “Islamic army” bent on “killing devils.” None of them turned out to be Muslims.

After two mistrials and the acquittals of two suspects, jurors convicted five of the original seven men on May 12. In a May 16 editorial, the Miami Herald concluded, “This wasn’t so much a case of the FBI interrupting an ongoing terror plot, but of the agency providing a blueprint for it.” The five men face sentences between 30 and 70 years.

The second case, revealed in June 2007, concerns an alleged conspiracy to blow up fuel tanks, terminal buildings and the web of fuel pipes running underneath Kennedy International Airport.

A confidential informant also set this case in motion. The informant was a convicted drug dealer whose sentence, according to the criminal complaint, “is pending as part of his cooperation agreement with the government.” The equation is clear: the bigger the bust, the lighter his sentence.

In the most recent New York case, the informant identified by the New York Post as Shahed Hussain, became an FBI mole in 2003, after he was busted for identity fraud. He targeted four financially strapped ex-cons (David Cromitie, David Williams, Onta Williams and Laguerre Payen) who occasionally attended a mosque in Newburgh, N.Y.-about 70 miles north of New York City.

Hussain helped the four men conspire to detonate explosives outside the Riverdale Temple and nearby Riverdale Jewish Center and also to shoot down military aircraft at the Air National Guard Base in Newburgh with surface-to-air missiles. He purchased cell phones and a camera in order to plan the attack, and the FBI provided the informant with disabled explosive devices, as well as a bum Stinger missile.

According to relatives of the arrested men, Hussain also supplied them with cash, food, rent money and drugs. Elizabeth McWilliams, the mother of suspect David Williams, told the New York Daily News that the informant even offered to pay for his sick brother’s liver transplant.

Law enforcement officials first said the men converted to Islam while incarcerated and had religious motives for the plot, but none of the men turned out to be practicing Muslims. It seems more likely they were lured by financial incentives.

Conservative commentators have pounced on the Newburgh story as proof that relocating hardcore terrorists to U.S. prisons would endanger national security. Writing for the National Review Online, Peter Kirsanow argues the arrest of the Newburgh suspects “should be an obvious caution to President Obama regarding his plan to close Guantanamo and possibly relocate the inmates to U.S. prisons.”

In New York City, where most of the men lived, the unemployment rate for black men is about 50 percent, according to a two-year-old study by the Community Service Society, and most experts believe the situation has worsened. In such communities, there is an increasing sense of economic desperation that can easily be exploited by unscrupulous actors.

Employing cash-dispensing FBI informants to troll for impoverished malcontents is an inefficient and tawdry way to combat international terrorism.

The former Bush/Cheney administration and its apologists in the media continue to claim that it is an open question as to whether “waterboarding” (immobilizing a person, pouring water over his/her face and breathing passages, suffocating him/her and leading him/her to believe he/she will die) is torture and forbidden in U.S. law. The question is ridiculous.

• Waterboarding (as it is now called) is one of the oldest known forms of torture. In the 1500s it was used in the Spanish Inquisition.
• In 1898, an American soldier (Captain Edwin F. Glenn) used the technique (then called the “water cure”) on a prisoner captured in the Philippines during the Spanish-American War. When reported, Americans were shocked and protests led to Elihu Root, U.S. Secretary of War (now called Secretary of Defense) ordered Glenn court-martialed in 1902 and imprisoned. A general under whose command this and other tortures occurred was court-martialed and removed from the army.
• During WWII, both the Gestapo and some Japanese soldiers used waterboarding as a form of torture. The Japanese were tried after the war and at least one hung by U.S. forces for waterboarding U.S. Airman Chase J. Nielsen.
• Waterboarding was declared illegal by U.S. generals during the Vietnam War. When a journalist photgraphed an American soldier helping two South Vietnamese soldiers waterboard a captured North Vietnames soldier, and published in the Washington Post in 1968, it caused outrage across the United States. The soldier was court-martialed and dishonorably discharged from the U.S. army.
• In 1983, Texas sheriff James Parker was sentenced to ten years in prison and his deputies to four years apiece for waterboarding prisoners. When his case came up for clemency years later, then Gov. George W. Bush refused to pardon Sheriff Parker, specifically stating that no one is above the law.
In 1988, U.S. President Ronald Reagan signed the United Nations Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment, or Punishment of 1984. It was ratified by the U.S. Senate in 1994. Since the U.S. Constitution classifies all treaties that the U.S. signs and ratifies as sharing the Constitution’s status as “highest law of the land,” then the U.S. must follow the Convention Against Torture’s provisions, including those which demand prosecution of those who authorize and those who implement torture. It also forbids the U.S. to ship people to other countries that practice torture (”rendition”) and the Bush administration was guilty of that, also.

The reluctance of the Obama administration to try those responsible is rooted in several factors:

• Such trials would be highly controversial. The Washington Post published a poll today showing that Americans are about evenly divided over whether or not to have such trials. Although law enforcement is not decided by popularity, the Obama administration has to pass many pieces of legislation that will take all the public support he can muster.
• The Republicans have already hinted that if the Obama administration tries anyone in the Bush administration, they will consider it “engaging in criminalizing policy differences” and they will investigate Democratic administrations when they get back in power.
•
But the consequences of refusing to try these cases could be even worse:

• Members of the Bush administration could be indicted by the International Criminal Court or by the courts of other nations under the “global jurisdiction” where human rights violations are concerned. This would put the Obama administration in the awkward position of either arresting and extraditing former Bush officials, including, maybe the former president himself or of defying international law. If nothing else came of that, it would, at the very least, impede Obama’s attempts to rebuild America’s alliances abroad. It also undermines his attempts to re-set our relations with the Muslim world.
• Failing to prosecute violaters of human rights, no matter how highly placed, invites human rights abuses on Americans traveling abroad, whether civilian or military.
• If members of the Bush administration travel abroad, they could be arrested and prosecuted by others with potential for a huge international incident.
• Failure to prosecute violaters of human rights in the Bush administration makes it likely that a future administration will repeat these practices. In fact, by calling them “policy differences” GOP torture apologists are already hinting that they will restart torture when their party wins the White House, again. Not too long ago (before 11 Sept. 2001), this was not controversial. No one argued for the U.S. using torturing. Nor did anyone argue that “enhanced interrogation techniques” were not really torture. This was not a liberal vs. conservative, left vs. right, or Democratic vs. Republican issue. So, the current debate means that America has lost its way morally. To that extent, the use of these torture techniques by the Bush administration and the fact that Americans find the use of torture or prosecution of torturers controversial, means that the terrorists have won-at least in part. Trying torturers, no matter who they are, is necessary for us to regain some degree of moral clarity.

Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue dropped more bombshells on the U.S. government's involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing and its cover-up today, including the revelation that Timothy McVeigh's co-conspirator Terry Nichols was gagged from talking to the media years ago by John Ashcroft, in an attempt to silence Nichols from exposing the men who were directing McVeigh's attack on the Alfred P. Murrah building.

Trentadue joined a talk show host to discuss Terry Nichols' declaration that Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh was being directed by a high-level FBI agent. The filing was quickly sealed by a Utah district court, but not before the Deseret Morning News identified the accused FBI provocateur as FBI agent Larry Potts.

Trentadue dropped the bombshell that Attorney General's Ashcroft's office gagged Nichols from speaking to the media after it became apparent that McVeigh's accomplices and government ties to the bombing were in danger of leaking.

"Apparently before he had contacted me several years ago he had written to Attorney General Ashcroft, volunteering to tell everything about the bombing and the others involved," said Trentadue.

"Not only did no one from Attorney General Ashcroft's office follow up with Nichols, they actually apparently issued an order barring him from all contact with the media - it was thereafter that he reached out to me and I was able to get in to see him to spend a day and half with him."


Astounding revelations on behalf of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols, including Timothy McVeigh's connection to government provocateurs and the fact that the bomb he helped McVeigh build was completely different to the one described by official accounts, have been uniformly ignored by the corporate media as the story enters its sixth day.

The magnitude of the allegations made by Nichols in his declaration have been deliberately undermined by the all but complete ignorance of the mainstream media to report on them. Besides a smattering of initial reports about Nichols fingering an FBI agent as having directed McVeigh in the bombing, the corporate media have completely blacklisted the issue despite the Internet release of Nichols' declaration in PDF format by this website on Friday, courtesy of Attorney Jesse Trentadue.

If Osama bin Laden or one of the other alleged masterminds behind 9/11 publicly accused Dick Cheney as having helped facilitate 9/11, would the media be interested? Why is press coverage so sparse when this testimony fundamentally contradicts the official version of a major chapter in American history? The question answers itself - the establishment is complicit in burying these revelations while Americans are bombarded with 24/7 drivel about Anna Nicole Smith and Britney Spears shaving her head.

The more attention this story receives, the heavier the push will be for Nichols to give video testimony - a development that would likely trigger calls for a completely fresh investigation of the event. Such a scenario would consequently discredit the the official conspiracy theory behind 9/11 which is why the establishment is so eager to see this story disappear.

Nichols' declaration challenges the official conspiracy theory that McVeigh acted alone and that a 5000-pound fuel oil and fertilizer bomb ripped the face off the Alfred P. Murrah building on April 19 1995.

In paragraph eight of his testimony , Nichols states that he cannot possibly divulge all the information he knows via a written declaration and only through a video deposition will the true scale of what happened be known. "Crucial parts of this terrorist act remain hidden from the American people," states Nichols, "especially the identities of the "Others Unknown" who collaborated with McVeigh in the bombing."

Nichols identifies two individuals, one a "government provocateur" (later named as gun dealer Roger Moore) and the other a "high-ranking federal government official" (later identified as former FBI agent Larry Potts) as having directly assisted McVeigh.

In paragraph ten, Nichols confirms that McVeigh told him that while he was in the army he had been recruited to carry out undercover operations and that his first mission would entail networking with certain individuals, the first being Roger Moore.

Nichols then states that he and McVeigh stole eight and a half boxes of the explosive Tovex from a quarry in Marion, Kansas, but expresses his surprise that only a small amount of the explosives were used in the actual bombing. What happened to the other seven and a half boxes? Were they responsible for the descriptions of bombs inside the building and the physical evidence showing the columns blown out by the blast?

Nichols then describes how McVeigh traveled around the country to different gun shows making contact with other members of the "network" that would help him plan the attack. As we have discussed before, this is part of the process of creating a ledger or a history which could later be re-hashed to support the official story. If McVeigh was being directed by government provocateurs, as Nichols confirms, then they could have swiftly supplied him with the materials and knowledge for how to make the bomb, identified the target, and then set him free to strike. However, such a method would have been foolish and dangerous because any cursory investigation would have led straight back to McVeigh's government handlers with no diversion.

By having McVeigh network with white supremacists at Elohim City, German intelligence agent Andreas Strassmeier, and by also introducing a non-existent Philippines connection, a storyboard was being drawn up to which the official script could later be structured around.

Indeed, in paragraph 33, Nichols relates McVeigh's anger at Larry Potts for forcing him to "go off script" and change the target of the bombing.

The government provocateurs who were directing McVeigh, such as Roger Moore, would escape prosecution for their involvement in the bombing under the designation that they were "protected witnesses," as Nichols explains in paragraph 25.

Nichols relates how McVeigh had an uncanny ability to stay one step ahead of him at all times, gaining knowledge of his movements and activities before Nichols had even told him, leading Nichols to conclude that McVeigh seemed to "have a way of knowing at all times where I was and what I was doing. This is patently because Nichols was under intense surveillance by the very same government agents that were handling and giving knowledge to McVeigh.

In paragraph 18, Nichols claims that McVeigh threatened to harm his family if he refused to partake in a robbery of (government provocateur) Roger Moore. Again, this represents Nichols being set-up as part of the process of creating a ledger behind the bombing, by manufacturing a gang of armed robbers that would be used to supposedly fund the bombing plan.

It was, according to Nichols, Roger Moore who supplied McVeigh with the Kinestik explosive that was used as the detonator for the fertilizer bomb. The burglary of Moore's house was staged so that it could be claimed the bomb materials were stolen from Moore and thus absolve him of complicity in the bombing.

In what is the biggest smoking gun to contradict the official account, Nichols describes how the bomb he helped McVeigh build on April 18 was completely inconsistent with the bomb used in the attack according to the official version of events.

"The bomb that I helped McVeigh build that morning did not resemble in any fashion the bomb McVeigh described in the book American Terrorist (McVeigh's official biography)," states Nichols, later adding that the bomb he and McVeigh built was much smaller than the one cited by official accounts.

Nichols claims the bomb was a different shape (V as oppose to inverted J) and only took up half of the space in the truck as opposed to the full truck according to the official account. The bomb material was cased in white plastic barrels, not blue, and the ammonium fertilizer had not been stored correctly, causing it to become lumpy.

Nichols is effectively describing a dud bomb that would have caused nowhere near the damage done to the Alfred P. Murrah building.

"The bomb McVeigh described also displayed a level of expertise and sophisticated which neither McVeigh nor I had in building a bomb," states Nichols.

Nichols relates an incident where McVeigh attempted to detonate a small scale test bomb. The only thing to explode was the detonator and the fertilizer spilled out onto the ground without exploding.

This testimony only confirms a long held understanding amongst those who have exhaustively researched the event that the skill and materials necessary to accomplish the damage done to the federal building were not available to McVeigh without outside help and that the magnitude of the blast could only be explained by additional bombs planted inside the building. Unexploded devices that were removed by bomb squads on the morning of the attack were reported by local TV and radio news stations but questions surrounding multiple bombs were quickly buried by the force of the official explanation.

The burden again rests upon the alternative media to lobby the mainstream into covering these bombshell revelations and pushing for a fresh inquiry into the Oklahoma City bombing. Blanket dismissals of Nichols' testimony on the basis that he's a convicted criminal accomplice are absent any explanation as to why Nichols would tempt intense harassment and at worse elimination at the hands of the very authorities that currently incarcerate him by lying about government involvement.

The establishment press, bar a couple of exceptions, have once again betrayed their absolute cowardice in failing to cover this momentous story, proving once again that they are nothing more than mouthpieces for a government cover-up that continues to suffocate the truth almost twelve years after the April 19 1995 bombing.

Waco Siege “Enforcer” To Rule Over Global Police Force

UN and Interpol officials will meet today to discuss the formation of a “global police force” that would enjoy access to a worldwide database of DNA, biometric and fingerprint records. The effort will be spearheaded by a man known as “The Enforcer” who helped federal authorities both conduct and cover up the murderous Waco siege which killed 76 people in 1993.

“Interpol and the United Nations are poised to become partners in fighting crime by jointly grooming a global police force that would be deployed as peacekeepers among rogue nations riven by war and organized crime, officials from both organizations say,” reports the New York Times.

The emergence of a global police force is of course something that people like Alex Jones have been warning about for well over a decade. The global police force, just like the world army, is a key centerpiece of the march towards a dictatorial global government.

Those who were once called paranoid conspiracy theorists for claiming that the plan all along has been to centralize law enforcement into a global body run by the world government under the auspices of the UN and Interpol have been proven right once again.

For a taste of what Americans who aren’t so favorable to taking orders from foreigners on home soil can expect, consider the fact that the secretary general of Interpol, and one of the men at the forefront of setting up the global police force, is none other than Ronald K. Noble.

Noble, who is known as “The Enforcer,” has been instrumental in working with Chinese authorities to provide policing in the Communist country for major national events. However, his most notorious role was in ordering and then, in his position as Undersecretary for Enforcement of the United States Department of the Treasury, whitewashing the actions of the BATF following the federal government’s murderous siege on the Branch Davidian compound at Waco which killed 76 people including more than 20 children and two pregnant women in April 1993.

As Carol Moore writes, “Noble had approved the decision to go ahead with the raid,” and therefore, “had little interest in issuing a report that either would challenge significantly the BATF’s investigation or modus operandi or would admit these led to crimes against the Davidians.”

Noble ignored in his report more than a dozen eyewitness reports, along with photographic and video evidence, of a BATF helicopter firebombing the Waco church during the siege. He also ignored David Koresh’s July 1992 invitation to the BATF to inspect the Waco compound, which if it had gone ahead could have prevented the siege and the murder of 76 innocent people altogether.

“During the hearing, Friend-of-Bill Webster Hubbell denied repeatedly that he and Clinton had discussed the Waco situation informally, and improperly. However, an Associated Press article claimed Hubbell had revealed he was giving Clinton updates on Waco. And House staffers discovered a memorandum in which then-Treasury official Ron Noble asserted Hubbell would take the matter up with Clinton if the Treasury Department’s review did not downplay BATF errors. Clearly, Noble condones covering up government crimes against citizens,” writes Moore.

Noble was picked directly for the position of secretary general at Interpol by fellow Waco siege accomplice, former Attorney General Janet Reno.

During his September 2005 secretary general re-election acceptance speech in Berlin, Noble attributed Interpol’s ‘rebirth’ to the events of 9/11, saying that the terrorist attacks allowed the organization to go from being treated as largely irrelevant to setting it on the path to becoming an international police force.

Noble told the New York Times that one of the main roles of the global cops would be to stop people to check their identities against a global database.

“The police will be trained and equipped differently with resources,” Mr. Noble said. “When they stop someone, they will be consulting global databases to determine who they are stopping.”

As we previously reported, Interpol is setting up a huge biometric facial scan database of international travelers so they can cross-check everyone against a database of terror suspects, international criminals and fugitives. The database will hold the records of every citizen who has ever traveled in and out of the virtually every country in the world, representing intelligence agency style bulk interception of information.

According to the NY Times report, Interpol agents would be given special electronic passports that would allow them to speedily cross international borders.

“With the meeting of justice ministers on Monday, which coincides with a general assembly of Interpol police members, the group is expected to debate the global police issue and to craft a declaration that would lead to an action plan for international police peacekeeping within 12 months,” reports the Times.

The danger of having a global police force conducting law enforcement on U.S. soil under the control of Interpol and the UN is self-evident. Global cops who do not have to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution have no obligation to follow it. Operating outside of the realms of the U.S. legal system, global cops will have carte blanche to snatch, grab and intern citizens without recourse. A highly centralized system of policing guarantees hardly any liability whatsoever and therefore encourages rampant illegality and police brutality.

With many experts predicting a Soviet-style collapse of the United States within the next few years, the prospect of U.N. peacekeepers and Interpol global cops ordering Americans around is a harrowing possibility.

The fact that this move is all being spearheaded by a man known as “The Enforcer” who was instrumental in ordering the killing of 76 innocent people at Waco, including 20 children, and then covering it up, should send shock waves through the liberty movement and lead to intense scrutiny on Noble’s position at Interpol and his agenda to head up a global police force.

Experience has prevent that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of the basic system principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.

This is achieved by:

(1) disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity.

(2) engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by:

(a) unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media - especially the T.V. and the newspapers.

(b) giving them what they desire - in excess - "junk food for thought" - and depriving them of what they really need.

(3) rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities.

These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social automation technology.

The general rule is that there is a profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer solutions.

Paul Harvey, the news commentator and talk-radio pioneer whose staccato style made him one of the nation's most familiar voices, had close ties to the FBI, documents reveal.

He was a broadcasting legend, a commentator with a voice instantly familiar to listeners both loyal and sporadic.

But on the cusp of his national career, he was an FBI target whose network bosses fretted about whether he should be fired.

Paul Harvey's FBI file, released to USA TODAY under a Freedom of Information Act request, shows how his relationship with the bureau evolved from perp to pen pal. The 1,375 pages also illuminate how the FBI cultivated one of the nation's most popular media figures by not only providing flattery from its most prominent officials but also by secretly putting words in his mouth.

Harvey died last February at age 90 after a broadcasting career spanning seven decades. His voice reached 24 million listeners at the peak of his career, when his daily show was carried on more than 1,200 radio stations and his column appeared in 300 newspapers. His signature form was "The Rest of the Story," a folksy anecdote ending with an ironic twist, delivered with theatrical cadences and dramatic pauses.

The federal files show that Harvey frequently gave the FBI advance copies of his scripts and columns, seeking information and advice. The FBI obliged, even writing portions of Harvey's commentaries for him, the records show. A 1986 commentary, for example, contained an FBI-written section about the bureau's "highly regarded" services to other law enforcement agencies.

Harvey had written to FBI spokesman William Baker, enclosing a draft commentary praising then-director William Webster and asking, "Please help me add meat to these bones." Baker responded a month later, enclosing a copy of Harvey's draft with the FBI's handwritten corrections and additions.

"I think your words portray us very well but, as you requested, my staff has added a little 'meat to the bones,' " Baker wrote. The resulting commentary, also distributed as Harvey's syndicated newspaper column, included the FBI's suggestions word for word.

House sends extension of Patriot Act to Obama

WASHINGTON - Key provisions of the nation's primary counterterrorism law would be extended for a year under a bill passed by the House Thursday evening after Democrats retreated from adding new privacy protections.

The House voted 315 to 97 to extend the USA Patriot Act, sending the bill to President Barack Obama. Without the bill, the provisions would expire Sunday.

The Senate approved the extension Wednesday. The privacy protections were cast aside when Senate Democrats lacked the necessary 60-vote supermajority to pass them. Thrown away were restrictions and greater scrutiny on the government's authority to spy on Americans and seize their records.
