Voicecom disables when I change audio from speakers to headphones

Well thats pretty much it. When I want to switch to my headset so i
can communicate i go to the options tab and chance it from speakers
to headset, then all of a sudden I have no voicecom. I can press v
and nothing happens, likewise I cannot hear anyone else anymore nor
do I get an indicator when they speak.

Basically any reset of the sound system (be it a change of snd_surround_speakers, or snd_restart) causes the ingame voice to disable.

I hope a fix is coming, meanwhile something between reconnecting to server to restarting your game should fix.

Wait so you have this too or not?
And it go's away every time the the server changes the map.

My headphones are fine, I can have both on at once.
