Reporting citizen summoned to voluntary conscription for general service public detail T94-322. What does it mean? What is the general service public detail? I know this general service must be real because when the CPs say
11-99 they are saying they need help they also say alot of other police radio codes that acually exist.Which leaves me to believe that the general service does exist. But what is it?

well if u notice, it happens when u help clean up the trash, the CP makes u pick up the can and put it in the trash, so unless i misunderstood ur question, its pretty self explanitory. thats one of my favorite parts in the game, just adds a little humor to the depressed setting of city 17, thats why i put the quote in my sig.
