[sixteenth]

The snow isn't all that bad anymore here in Chicago. Just the ice is obliterating any chance of walking around. I fell twice this morning on my way to a Psychology final.

lol, yea quite a few black and white ones there. Lots of crazy contrast going when it snows so good time to get some snaps!

It was around +1C here today. That results in slushy snow, but the temperature is bearable at least and I don't need an extra layer of clothing under my overcoat.

Nice photos, Stormy! I didn't realise it was Brighton until I saw the last one and recognised the familiar structure of the West Pier.
I think the snow's possibly starting to go here now. Part of it has melted but the part that remains has become really icy. I'm going out tomorrow so I'm going to have to be really careful, otherwise I'll end up falling on my butt!

It's snowy as hell here, but I love it. It's quite warm (around 0 to -1 °C), so the snow doesn't melt and you can be outside without freezing your ass off. I love how the snow lights up the whole sky during the night.

We just got another 5-6 inches and I just finished shoveling. Last night was a bitch coming home from my friend's house but all the lights were green and there were no cars slowing me down. Also I love seeing the deer out in the field behind my house munching on the winter wheat. Its so captivating. Next full moon I'm grabbing my camera

34 degrees out, and now snowing. On the day I was planning to go home. Great.

We got just a bit. It's about half white, half green on the ground.

Yeah, there was no accumulation at all, already stopped. Just hope it's enough to not skid out of control and crash.
