New screenshots(clearer) of other CS:S video clips.

I found two good new video clips in a Korean website, called Gamemecca - maybe you've heard of it a couple of times recently. The two video clips have contents mainly of de_dust2. They're not Korean-free, but "scream-free" unlike the two old video clips from narics.net, which is a "really" good news for those who whined about it. (By the way, quit bitching about other languages, and run how to speak it just like I do with English, that's more productive.) Anyway, as a bonus for those who show a love only to English, you can hear some of English from one of three Valve guys visiting Korea.

Okay, the biggest problem is you are to have an account to access the download link. Since the website is only in/for Koreans, registration must be almost impossible for foreigners due to the many reasons. Thus, I , as a replacement, took some screeshots which are MUCH clearer COMPARED to the last ones I posted. Sorry 4 disappointing you this time.

If I can, I'm going to contact with some of the guys overhere or around me to share the video files for the time being.

I am using MSN messenger and know a little of irc. My ftp is filled with crap so I can't really upload the two video files whose size are 87mb/76mb respectively. Any suggestion?

im sure it will find a host, as long as you have the files just ask around.. lots of people are psyched for cs:s

If you are able to get a mirror up, CS-Nation will download from the mirror and host it on our own mirrors. We host a free mirror for a registered members (membership is free), along with a CS-Nationalist mirror for those who have paid for an upgrade.

Rainbow Six is a bit TOO realistic, Nahh .. CS gameplay for me :).

Can someone who speaks Korean simply sign up and then make a mirror of the higher quality vids for us??

For the gameplay, a mix between Ravenshield and CS would be the best. Kind of cs movement (maybe a tiny bit slower - especially with awp or machine guns) with the best of ravenshield (eg the time it takes 2 change the weapons or reaload). Prone is a must have, i think.
 
Raven Shield is the shit, I just found the two only military based games I need, Raven Shield for tactics, and Counter-Strike for arcade, b00m and now that CS got a $20,000 facelift it's just that much better, and thanks for the awsome jaw-dropping screenies man.

God, please no. Please, don't wish CS ruined like that.
They've already made the movement speed crappily slow.. add prone, and longer weapon switches, and it'll suck.
 
Those are great pictures. Somebody set up a torrent for the video's already! I'd be more than happy to help seed the files.

whats your connection speed Shuzer? I'm on 1mb with a 256k u/l cap, so not great, but not too bad.

Can torrents have multiple seeds?

Well maybe if nadomola is cool with giving us a link to the files we could each set up a torrent for one of them (i.e. different ones).

32k is better than nothing (better than the piss poor u/l the guy who upped the DVD rip of the HL2 footage had heh).
 
I love how the environments are covered in debris. The original CS always felt like an arena more than a real battle to me, mostly because the streets were perfectly clean on maps such as de_dust and de_dust2. Now they have paint cans, milk crates, wiring for electricity, rusty cars, barrels, trash cans, stoops on the buildings, cardboard boxes, old tires, stacks of old boxes, and so much other stuff. It really makes it seem like your counter-terrorist team was just called into that hotspot and the town is just how it was left before everyone ran inside their houses. I think it's going to make the game feel more realistic. No more perfectly clean maps... :cool:

Ah same here, I finally realize that dust_2 is played in a city and not some kind of back alley now that I see doorsteps and doorways everywhere.

I can guarantee that I'll be getting shot up a lot for looking at the scenery :D

Im dl'ing at 300k/sec :D...movies look to be much better quality than those crappy digicam ones. Also I would like to thank nadomola for his help in getting all this media and info out there :)
 
The 3rd video has the well-known "annoying" scream. Don't bother to download it if you hate it.
