God damn anime was gorgeous in the 80s, love the hell out of that style, everything's so vivid. Dig the song too.

Was hoping this was a movie or something, but apparently it's just a promotional short by the guys who went on to form Gainax? Shame, never been a big fan, at least not based on the stuff I've seen.
