Neat. I already have Vista and that's already built in, I'd definitely get that if I had XP though.

The Vista thing is similar (It's the same as what Linux often has as well). Launchy has the ability to 'learn'. You don't even have to type in the names correctly. It's very clever and simple. You can also specify the file types it looks for, and what directories to look in. Things like that.
