Seriously, what has humankind been reduced to? Making some racist joke for the sake of fun is alright, but saying that blacks are "filthy" and that whites are superior over all other races is complete bullshit.

true, but i think you misunderstand, he was pointing out how useless statistics are. statistics show that this is true, they show that black people are more responsible for crime, and so, a logical solution would be to abort black baby's. he then however goes on to say that this would of course not be a solution and would be a sick and wrong thing to do.

Or even more logical would be to treat black people properlly and not drive them into crime.
 
well couldnt he have said that since blacks are dispoprotiantely disadvantaged couldnt we just give them a leg up and that would surely decrease crime ..but no, he had to say the most reactioary thing possible ..this was the former secretary of education if he cant keep his idiotic notions in check when addressing the public he shouldnt even be in the public eye
