I smoked for around 15 years, gave up 5 years ago, haven't touched a cigarette since, yet still get cravings. It's mainly after meals - always after a steak - and after exercise. I really miss taking a big deep drag, swallowing, and slowly blowing the smoke out of my nose.

Weed smokers smell just as bad - they still have that tobacco smell but with a sickly sweet skunky smell on top. It sticks to their clothes and their fingers stink too. I should know, I was one for years and still live with one. It's like kissing an ash tray.

even though i voted no, in reality i just stopped a week ago. not jonesin as bad as i thought i would (especially after going through half a pack of cloves a day for over 3 years... and cloves can contain up to 5 times the amount of nicotine than regular cigs).
