Why are you running such a low resolution, is the question?

They're not large, just your resolution is tiny.

Are you using an old CRT monitor? If you're using an LCD chances are it's 5:4 so you want to use 1280x1024. If it's just a 4:3 crt monitor, at the very least you should be running 1280x960.

^wtf that makes it so tiny, on my old CRT monitor I used 1024x768 and it was perfect..

This 16:9 LCD uses 1366x768 and it's perfect as well.
